Applications are now open for the 1st edition of the Ubuntu Leaders Academy - Training for Asia.The training seeks to empower people with knowledge and skills to become more caring, listening, trusting and serve humanity more effectively, learning from the examples of leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi and Desmond Tutu among others.
π Applications are now open to participants who are highly motivated and available to attend 5 consecutive seminars*.π The 5 digital seminars will take place on ZOOM. Access to the internet (via a smartphone or a computer) is essential.π

The Ubuntu Leaders Academy (an initiative by IPAV) is a youth-oriented program aimed at training in socio-emotional skills related to Servant Leadership, Building Bridges and Ethics of Care. Based on the Ubuntu philosophy β βI am because you areβ - the training methodology prioritizes five personal key competencies: self-knowledge, self-confidence, resilience, empathy and service.
